Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. This helps compensate for the reserved time.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
