You can book an appointment online through our Fresha platform. Simply choose your desired service, select a convenient time, and provide your contact details. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after booking.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- Free of charge – if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
Some services require a deposit when booking. The deposit secures your appointment and is refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Payment is made in the studio after the service is completed. We accept:
- Cash
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Yes, we offer gift certificates for any of our services. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Contact us for more information.
Please inform us if you are running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients.
