1. General Provisions

1.1. The Art Lux website provides information about our beauty studio services, including online booking through the Fresha platform.
1.2. By using our website, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website.

2. Booking Policy

2.1. Online booking is available through the Fresha platform. After booking, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.
2.2. Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or the application of a fee.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments with prior notice.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1. Payment for services is made in the beauty studio after the service is completed. Some services may require a deposit in advance.
3.2. Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
3.3. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
3.4. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Liability

4.1. Art Lux is not responsible for any individual reactions to the products used. Clients must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before the service begins.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays or service cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. Personal information provided during booking is used solely for providing services and communicating with you.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1. Art Lux reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
6.2. Continued use of our website after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
